We're currently seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) who are passionate about providing respectful, reliable, and person-centered home care across Indiana.
What You'll Do
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Accompany clients to appointments or errands
Perform light housekeeping duties
Maintain accurate and respectful care documentation
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in personal care, home care, or assisted living (training available)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
Ability to lift and support clients as needed
BLS certification is a plus or must be obtained upon hire
Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation
Preferred:
Bilingual in Spanish/English
